Y’all know I love me a good, clean romance.
What you don’t know is that I’m a recent convert to the Christian historical romance genre, which I didn’t even know existed until very recently.
I was so excited to discover Roseanna M. White’s books at a bookstore and immediately made haste to the library to pick up a few of them.
“The Lost Heiress” is the first of three books in her “Ladies of the Manor” series, and I was hooked from the first few pages!
Though it isn’t as lighthearted and sweet as most romance novels I enjoy, I found myself intrigued by the slightly darker and more complex themes of the book and am excited to read the other two in the series!
