I’m stoked to share with you the smoothie that I make for breakfast almost every single day, especially during the warmer months!
I recently did a poll on Instagram and learned that many of you wanted to see more videos from me, so I made a quick video to show you how to make this smoothie!
I love the convenience of being able to throw wholesome ingredients into a blender and creating something delicious, satisfying and energizing in just five minutes.

This berry breakfast smoothie is healthy, refreshing, and can be made with ingredients you probably already have on hand!

In this delicious smoothie we’ve got all the good stuff:
- frozen mixed berries
- almond milk or your favorite plant milk
- frozen banana
- protein powder
- chia seeds
- a couple handfuls of GREENS!

This is my go-to breakfast, especially when I only have a few minutes to whip something up in the morning. I hope you enjoy it! BLEND AWAY!

5 Minute Berry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2 cups greens (spinach and/or kale)
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
