5 Minute Berry Breakfast Smoothie

A fast, easy, and healthy way to start your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 2 cups greens (spinach and/or kale)
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

If you use a lot of kale and/or chocolate protein powder like I often do, don't be put off by the smoothie's lovely brown color. It will still taste fantastic!
