Physical Exercise + Creativity

What does exercising have to do with creativity?

Everything!

Next time you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or in a rut, go get some exercise.

It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. No P90X necessary, here!

It can be as simple as a walk around the block to clear your head and help you breathe more deeply.

Or throw on some yoga pants and hit the mat for 15 minutes.

Or go for a quick jog WITHOUT popping in your headphones and soak in all of the sights and sounds around you.

Even better, go for a hike and take your inner child and imagination on an adventure with you!

Do whatever it is that you enjoy doing that gets the good vibes flowing!
And do it out of LOVE for yourself.

What is your exercise routine?

If you haven’t gotten into the habit of regular physical activity yet, there’s no better time than the present to try something new!

Start small.

Even just a few minutes of exercise every day can help you reap the benefits of a clear mind, a strong body, and a healthy soul.

When we take the time to nurture our bodies, minds, souls, and spirits, we’re creating more balance in our life.

We’ll feel less stressed and bogged down with worry.

The better we feel as a whole person, the more in tune we’ll be with ourselves and with God.

And the more effortlessly we’ll be able to receive creative inspiration.

Tie up those laces and get those creative juices flowing!
