
How shalt I best express my undying love for one of my favorite foods of all time?
I love me a big ol’ glass of liquid sunshine in the mornings!
Smoothies are such a great way to get several servings of fruits and veggies in each day, so at the start of this year I decided I wanted to to try to drink one every day!

At this point, we’re clocking in at every other day or so, but me and my happy tummy still feel great about that!
Because I’ve been making several different smoothies a week, I’ve had to get creative and switch up the flavors so we don’t get tired of drinking the same thing day after day.
I have been loving this immune boosting sunshine smoothie for breakfast, a refreshing blend of mango, oranges, carrots, and turmeric!
It’s a really nice change from the green and berry smoothies we usually love, so I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!


Mango Turmeric Sunshine Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk or coconut water
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ orange or 2 clementines peeled
- 1 whole carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 knob fresh ginger peeled
- Handful of raw cashews
- 2 pitted dates
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
