ground turmeric

knob fresh ginger

Handful of raw cashews

Handful of ice
Method
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Notes
I really love the flavor and nutritional benefits of turmeric, but if you'd rather not taste it at all, you could start with 1/4 or 1/2 tsp and build up from there!
