Mango Turmeric Sunshine Smoothie

Boost your immune system with this nutrient packed, vibrant smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant milk or coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ orange or 2 clementines peeled
  • 1 whole carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 knob fresh ginger peeled
  • Handful of raw cashews
  • 2 pitted dates
  • Handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Notes

I really love the flavor and nutritional benefits of turmeric, but if you'd rather not taste it at all, you could start with 1/4 or 1/2 tsp and build up from there!
